POLICIES

1. Appointments must be made with a credit card. This also applies to Gift Certificate usage. 

2. Karen Eli Day Spa appreciates customers who keep their appointments as scheduled. Potential clients who make and then reschedule/cancel appointments on multiple occasions may not be able to obtain or receive future appointments or services. 

3. Clients must provide at least 48 hrs prior notice of intent to reschedule, which is a cancellation of the original appointment. If this is not done, they will be charged a fee equal to the price of their service.  

4. Please phone the office @ 508-693-0888 should you need to schedule, change, cancel or alter your appointment in any way. 

5. Karen Eli Day Spa is not responsible for a client who looses their own or someone else’s Gift Certificate. Gift Certificates must be in hand at the time of redemption. Gift Certificates are not returnable nor redeemable for cash.    

6. Clients who do not regularly keep their appointments, are tardy, etc will be subject to scheduling terms as appropriately determined by this management. 

7. “No Shows” which prevent Karen Eli Day Spa from offering the appointment time to another client will result in a full priced charge to the no-show client. 

8. Late arrivals may only be extended to the time remaining in the session. 

9. Karen Eli Day Spa reserves the right to cancel any erroneously made appointments or appointments that cannot be appropriately satisfied.   

10. Karen Eli Day Spa is not responsible for lost or left behind items. 

11. Children and Guests of clients cannot be accommodated in the Spa. 

12. Gratuities are not mandatory but are industry standard, and thus are always appreciated.  

13. All prices are subject to change without notice. Waxing prices are also subject to change when the service required ends up taking more time than that normally scheduled for such services. 

14. All sales are final.
